How much is shipping?

Our shipping is a flat rate of $8. If you spend $75 or more you will receive free shipping. All orders are shipped in either a small flat rate box, flat rate padded envelope, flat rate medium sized box, or flat rate large sized box. Box size is depending on the size of your order.

 

 Is it possible to get a refund, return or exchange for any purchases?

Unfortunately, there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges allowed. All sales are FINAL. Vibes and Intentions Co. reserves the right to refuse any request regarding returns, refunds and/or exchanges. This extends to any and every purchase made Via instagram (@vibesandintentionsco) and/or on the www.vibesandintentionsco.com website.

For Open Box Orders: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any orders as you agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Open Box when you made the purchase. After you have put your first payment down, it is non-refundable even if you decide you do not want your items anymore and or do not make your final payment

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, it is not the responsibility of Vibes and Intentions Co. You can go to the USPS website and file a claim. 

 

What do I do if my items haven't arrived?

There is also a processing period that may take 2 to 5 days on top of your shipping days. 

Example: say packaging an order takes 3 days, and you paid for Priority Mail (3-day delivery), your order should be received on the 6th day of your purchase. This is just an estimate. We do not control your local post office on when they deliver the mail.

 

How do I pay for my Live Sale items?

 

After claiming through an Instagram Live Sale, you will want to stay updated with our Instagram stories. Through our stories we will announce when "custom listings" are up and ready for checkout. Listings will typically be up within 24 hours. When custom listings are up you will look for your Instagram username. Once you find your username, double check to make sure all claims and prices are correct. When you are ready, add your listing to your cart and checkout. All payments will be due within 24 hours of custom listings being posted. 

Can I shop here if I am international?

We do not currently accept any international orders on our website or on live sales. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, the designated address cannot be changed. Please be sure to put in the correct address you wish your order to be shipped to when completing a purchase. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered. 

 If an order is returned to Vibes and Intentions Co. LLC due to incorrect shipping address, or because you moved and did not update your forwarding mailing address, we will contact you regarding the updating of your shipping address and you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee. If we don't receive a response within 7 days upon receiving returned & undamaged items, the buyer will be refunded in full (minus shipping costs).

 

What is “Open Box”?

“Open Box” is an optional practice of holding paid orders until you are ready for them to be shipped altogether. This way you can:

-Add more items while limiting wasteful packaging materials (ECO- Friendly)

-Limiting shipping cost for purchasing multiple items at different times 

Open Boxes is only available for our Live Sale items. Open boxes can be held for 2 Live Sales MAX. If you have reached your time limit you will be sent out your shipping fee & your items will be shipped, or your order will be cancelled and you will be banned from shopping on our Live Sales.

 

How long can I have an open box on my website order?

Open box is 3 weeks or 2 IG live sales. If you do not contact me after this period of time, it is not the responsibility of Vibes and Intentions Co. LLC I have a large amount of orders and it is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the items that they have purchased. 

 

Do you offer any Payment Plans?

Payment plans can be made through Shop Pay. Shop pay allows you to make payment installments. This option will be offered to you at checkout. 

Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.
