Processing and Shipping Time
Process time depends on current workload. For items purchased solely from the website allow 1-4 business days to process and 4-5 business days to ship. (Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19). All packages are shipped via USPS with a flat rate of $8 or free shipping when spending $75 or more.
For live sale purchases please allow 1-2 days for your invoice to be sent to your email provided. Once your custom invoice is sent out, you will have 24 hours to pay. Not paying on time will get you banned from shopping on our live sales.
All payments are processed and received through PayPal, so you will receive a tracking number provided by PayPal once your shipping label has been created.
If you do not receive an invoice or tracking number when live sale shopping, check your "Junk / Spam" mail.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, videos, and Instagram Live Sales. Customers understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.
We are not responsible for any packages once it has been dropped off at the United States Postal Service. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, you can file a claim with USPS on their website. No refunds.
